Dr. Ma is the Chairman of CASI, and President of Beijing-based Institute of Finance and Sustainability (IFS). He also serves as the Chairman of the Green Finance Committee of China Society for Finance and Banking, Co-Chair of IPSF Taxonomy Working Group, and Co-Chair of the Steering Committee of the Green Investment Principles (GIP) for the Belt & Road. Dr. Ma was formerly the Co-Chair of G20 Sustainable Finance Working Group, a member of Steering Committee of the NGFS, and a member of the Monetary Policy Committee of the People’s Bank of China.

Carlos Massaru Takahashi is the current Chairman of BlackRock Brasil Gestora de Investimentos, which he has joined since 2016, having previously held the positions of Country Head and Consultant. He is also a director of ANBIMA, coordinator of ANBIMA’s Sustainability Network and vice-chairman of the Association’s Asset Management Self-regulation Board. He worked for Banco do Brasil Conglomerate for over 40 years leading many areas, noting that from 2009 to 2015 he occupied the CEO position of BB Asset. He also served on many board of directors of companies, such as RTM, TAESA, Neoenergia, Banco Votorantim and Hapvida. He has a bachelor degree in Business Administration and holds MBA in Business Administration and Marketing.

Erik Berglof is the Bank’s inaugural Chief Economist. He sets the vision and strategy for the Economics Department and leads the planning, implementation and supervision of its work plan in support of the Bank’s mandate. Prior to joining AIIB in September 2020, he was Director of the Institute of Global Affairs, London School of Economics, and Chief Economist of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development from 2006 to 2015, where he was part of creating, and co-led, the Vienna Initiative, a European crisis response team credited with mitigating the impact of the 2008 Global Financial Crisis. He is an expert in transition economics and institutional transformation through private sector development. He holds a PhD in Financial Economics and an MA in Business and Economics, both from the Stockholm School of Economics. Berglof is from Sweden.

Cheng Lin is Director of Center for International Collaborations at the Institute of Finance and Sustainability (IFS), Head of Secretariat of the Green Investment Principles (GIP) for the Belt and Road. He is leading the Capacity-building Alliance of Sustainable Investment (CASI), with an aim of training more than 100,000 people by 2030. He has been supporting the work under the G20 Sustainable Finance Working Group, and the Network for Greening the Financial System (NGFS) since 2017.

Prior joining the IFS, he served as Deputy Director of Research Center for Green Finance Development at PBC School of Finance of Tsinghua University between 2017 and 2021. Before that, he was with the PBOC from 2010 to 2017, including the International Department and Haikou Central Sub-branch. From 2014-15, he was Deputy Representative at the PBOC Representative office in Tokyo.

He received bachelor’s degree from Wuhan University in 2018 and master’s degree from Shanghai International Studies University in 2010. He studied in the University of York on Environmental Economics as a Chevening Scholar between 2021 and 2022.

Anthony leads the PRI’s investor education function, translating PRI thought leadership into applied educational content, through the development and delivery of world-leading programmes to support the growth of responsible investment capacity and capability. Since joining PRI in 2020, a key focus of Anthony’s role has been the revitalisation and ongoing development of the PRI Academy, the PRI’s online training tool. The Academy now trains over 5000 investment professions each year and with demonstrable impact in improving learners’ understanding, confidence and RI practice, is widely used by asset managers, owners and services providers, seeking to upskill their entire teams in the language and application of responsible investment.

Before joining the CNMV, Helena was Senior Policy Adviser on Sustainable Finance at BNP Paribas and Global Head of Stewardship and Policy at BNP Paribas Asset Management. In these roles, she was instrumental in shaping and implementing the firm’s Global Sustainability Strategy and led its Sustainability Research team.

She has been a board member of the Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change and represented BNP Paribas Asset Management on the EFAMA Stewardship and ESG Committee. She also served on the AMF’s Comité Climat et Finance Durable and continues to contribute to several international initiatives, including the Sustainable Stock Exchanges Green Finance Advisory Group, the PRI Policy Reference Group, and the Technical Advisory Group of the LSE-led Transition Pathway Initiative.

From 2020 to 2022, Helena served as rapporteur for the EU Platform on Sustainable Finance, having previously been a member of the European Commission’s Technical Expert Group on Sustainable Finance, which contributed to the development of the EU Taxonomy and the implementation of the EU Sustainable Finance Action Plan. She brings more than two decades of experience in sustainable finance and responsible business.

Anne Matusewicz, Executive Director, leads our Sustainable Investing Specialists in the Americas. She is responsible for client engagements, sustainable investing strategy development, and product innovation. Prior to joining the firm in 2024, she was the Co-Head of ESG & Impact Strategy at Reporting 21 (acquired by Cority, a ThomaBravo portfolio company). There she worked with private markets investors, driving strategy across the investment lifecycle. Prior to Reporting 21, Anne served as a Sustainable Product Strategist at BlackRock. She also held various roles at Calvert Research and Management, helped integrate ESG at Calvert’s parent company, Eaton Vance (now part of Morgan Stanley), and launched the Calvert Institute for Responsible Investing where she served as Director. Earlier in her career, she worked in portfolio strategy and business development at Fidelity and Boston Trust Walden, respectively. She has an MBA from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and a BA from Brown University. She also holds CFA UK’s Impact Investing Certificate and is a CAIA charterholder.

Judy Li has decades of expertise in sustainability. She has been deeply involved in formulating ESG and green finance policies in cities such as Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, providing professional advice for local development and promoting the localization of international sustainability standards. She holds positions at institutions including ICMA and SAC under CSRC. As ESG and Sustainability Leader, Judy oversees EY Greater China’s ESG management, leads the compilation and release of EY Greater China’s ESG reports, spearheads the industry’s first consulting AI system—EY Intelligent Q&A, publishes award-winning ESG works, drives leadership in green finance development and climate-risk solutions.

José Pedro Neves is the General Coordinator for Sustainable Finance at the Secretariat for Economic Policy of Brazil’s Ministry of Finance. His work focuses on Macroeconomics and Environmental Economics, with a current emphasis on carbon market regulation and climate modeling. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from The New School for Social Research (New York)

Pietro brings over two decades of leadership in responsible business practices, corporate transparency, and sustainable finance policy, with a focus on climate action, human rights, and sustainable development.
As Chief Policy and Projects Officer at CDP, Pietro ensures policy is at the heart of organizational strategy, building impactful partnerships and leading transformative projects that shape the future of ESG and climate disclosure.
His work has been instrumental in establishing the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) and aligning CDP’s disclosure system with the IFRS Climate Standards (S2), advancing global harmonization in corporate reporting.
Prior to CDP, Pietro held key positions at the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), where he played a crucial role in embedding corporate sustainability into regulatory frameworks and guiding jurisdictional policies such as EU non-financial disclosure regimes. His contributions extended to global initiatives, including the Rio+20 Conference and the development of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Pietro is also a principal architect in mobilizing businesses for sustainable development, co-authoring the SDG Compass under the auspices of the UN Secretary-General and spearheading a pioneering partnership between GRI and the UN Global Compact to support corporate SDG reporting.
Pietro graduated from LUISS University in Rome with a degree in International Law and has an MA in Management and Governance of Non-Profit Organizations and an MA in Management and Economy of the Environment and Energy.

Daisy Shen has 25 years’ experience with KPMG, including a long term secondment to KPMG’s Global Chairman’s Office and the KPMG Energy Centre of Excellence based in London, where she gained invaluable international experience in executive management and cross border M&A transactions.

Daisy is specialized in Strategy, M&A, Energy Transition, ESG and decarbonisation Advisory, providing advice to corporates and governments in climate change, energy transition, low carbon investment, ESG and decarbonisation strategy.

Daisy is a member of the Executive Committee of the British Chamber of Commerce in China, dedicated to promoting trade, investment and economic development between China and the UK. She is also a frequent speaker at women leadership forums and mentorship programs.

Charles Nguyen, CFA, Managing Director, Head of ESG investing Asia, joined the firm in 2006. Charles is responsible for ESG strategy and integration in Asia. He previously led the analysis of sustainability topics across Neuberger Berman’s public equities platform with a focus on climate and Net Zero. Prior to joining the ESG team at Neuberger Berman, Charles was a Senior Research Analyst for Neuberger Berman’s Long Short fund and Guardian Fund. Prior to joining the firm, Charles was an equity research associate at Goldman Sachs & Co. Charles began his career as an analyst for Merrill Lynch & Co.’s Investment Banking division. Charles earned a BS in Business Administration (magna cum laude) from Georgetown University. He has been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and an executive sustainability leadership certificate from London Business School.

Ardhi Wardhana is a senior assistant to the Presidential Special Envoy for International Trade & Multilateral Cooperation, Professor Mari Elka Pangestu. He has been involved in several works on energy transition pathways, energy subsidy reforms, and global climate finance cooperation, as well as carbon pricing regulations, specifically in developing countries and emerging market and developing economies (EMDEs).
Ardhi brings over seven years of experience in the energy industry and sustainability. He was a research assistant at the Center on Global Energy Policy, working on energy transition and critical minerals in Latin America and Southeast Asia. During his tenure as a sustainable energy researcher in the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in New York, he was involved in the Energy Moonshot Project, which tracks the global energy transition and the impact of the UNDP’s financial and technical assistance in EMDEs. He was also the Borneo Region Coordinator at the United Cities and Local Governments Asia Pacific for the Climate Resilience & Inclusive Cities project. With support from the European Union, he analyzed the greenhouse gas inventory and climate impact and developed climate mitigation and adaptation action plans for several cities in Borneo, Indonesia.
Ardhi holds a Master of Public Administration in Energy & Environment from Columbia University with a specialization in Data Analytics and Quantitative Analysis and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Institute of Technology of Bandung.

Rose is Head of Strategic Affairs for the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) at the IFRS Foundation. She supports and drives the development of the ISSB’s overarching strategy, manages high-level partnerships, and steers its positioning in key international fora. Between 2022 and 2025, she served as Counsellor/Chief of Staff to ISSB Chair Emmanuel Faber, contributing to the ISSB’s foundational phase and global institutional build-out.

Earlier in her career, Rose worked across public and private sectors on sustainability strategy, including climate transition and stakeholder engagement. She was a strategy consultant at Oliver Wyman and previously served in the Office of the Chair & CEO of Danone.

Rose holds a Master’s in International Public Management from Sciences Po Paris and a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
